Will this work with my tools?
If your practice runs on email, a calendar, and a CRM, yes. Claude connects to the common ones: Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Notion, HubSpot, and more. Nothing gets ripped out or replaced.
On the fit call we go through your exact stack. If something in it won't connect, I tell you right there, before you pay anything.
What happens to my client data?
You run Claude in your own account. Your data stays in your tools, and Claude only reads what you choose to connect. I never take copies of your client files.
Before anything connects, we walk through what Claude can see and what it can't. And if you'd rather build on dummy data during the sessions, we do that. You connect the real thing later, on your own.
How much work is this for me?
